I had a dream on Monday Morning where I was in the CNN Radio
Newsroom.
My mentor, Ninette Sosa, gave me some good advice. She told me to "Not"
read my scripts while I'm reporting live on the air. She told me to
glance at my script and deliver it just like I was talking to someone.
In reality, I have tried to deliver my sports updates in a new
way this afternoon. After writing my scripts and submitting them to my
other blog on tumblr.com, I try to come up with something conversational
and witty when I'm speaking into my android phone.
In reality, I'm sending my sports updates out on social media and
my blogs. I hope to land a freelance position with a radio station
based on my work on my sports update delivery.
