From March 30th through April 4th, Kelly and I shared our first anniversary of Marriage Together. We spent quality time in Tampa, Clearwater, and St. Petersburg, Florida for five wonderful days. We were on the beach on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday of our trip.
Here's how we got there.
We departed North Atlanta Friday afternoon traveling on I-85 South. We merged with I-75, going down I-75/I-85 South through Midtown and Downtown Atlanta. As I-75 and I-85 split, we took I-75 South on our way down to Florida. We stopped for dinner with friends in Macon, then we proceeded down I-75 and overnighted in Valdosta, GA.
On March 31st, We continued on I-75 and headed on our way to the Tampa Bay Area. We crossed into Florida on I-75 and kept on going until we reached the I-75/I-275 Split in Pasco County, Florida. We took I-275 Southbound into Tampa and for our first stop, we took Florida Hwy 60 West into Clearwater. Our first stop of the day, a spring training game in Clearwater between the Toronto Blue Jays and the Philadelphia Phillies.
After we left the game early, we took U.S. 19 Southbound into St. Petersburg Beach en route to our destination to the lovely Postcard Inn. The Postcard inn rules since it has a Tiki Bar on site and the beach within walking distance.
I love you Kelly and here's to 80 more years of marriage and love together.
