Last night was a good night to get some sleep and much needed rest. That would help to get my week off to a good start. Every Monday is the same. I get Blake up from his sleep time and change his diaper. Most of the time he doesn't leave me with a poopy present for me to clean up. Once Blake is up and moving, he keeps me on my toes as I work on getting his first bottle of the day ready for him. He can crawl really fast and he can walk a few steps here and there. It is imperative that I get his bottle ready as soon as possible so that I do not accidentally spill anything on him and that he gets something to drink first thing in the morning.
Ben woke up a short time later and I had some milk ready for him. His new diaper is another story. I usually have to wait at least an hour before I can get rid of his night time diaper with a fresh, clean one. I usually have to chase Ben down before I can proceed. After a cartoon or two, I give both my sons some breakfast. I love to feed Ben sausage for breakfast. It's my favorite breakfast food to feed him. I like to feed Ben yogurt too, but he can make a mess of it. It's not always good when his hair smells like Raspberry Yogurt.
Blake is a yogurt lover just like his older brother. I can't resist his beautiful new smile either. One think you can't see is his laugh. Blake can laugh so well on his own. At the same time, Ben and Blake can get each other laughing and giggling. I love to hear the symphony of laughter together. They get me laughing too. As I see Blake's happy face, the hardest thing for me is to get ready for work. Even harder for me is to say good-bye to them as I have to leave home for the day. My goal once I come to work is to return home to see my entire family. I love them and miss them so much.
