I work up early and on time this morning. I had a little scratcher in Blake while he was in his pack and play. He scratched so loud, I didn't need to have an alarm clock waking me up. Once again, I forgot about what I was dreaming about as I was in my deep early morning slumber. I didn't even get woken up by Blake's nightly overnight diaper change.
I had the pleasure of making Ben his breakfast and Blake his puffs while they were sitting near each other in the dining area. I didn't feel that I had enough time to make Ben a heated breakfast like I usually do. Instead of giving him either a waffle or a piece of sausage, I got him some cereal and an applesauce pouch. I felt pretty good about giving Ben something yummy to give him.
I got to write a couple of scripts for the late 11PM newscast tonight. One was about the Rolling Stones coming to Cuba for a free concert while the other one was about President Obama coming to Atlanta for a prescription drug abuse conference.
Before I came into work, I encountered some traffic coming down I-75 from Acworth. I took some side streets to Barrett Parkway and came down I-575 before coming down the 75 to get to work here in Midtown Atlanta.
Life is good and I have to get home so that I can be ready to meet my family for our trip to see my wife's family for Easter Weekend.
Peace out and I'll see you again soon.
